Heeeeey. Sorry for not posting for a Looooong time. 
Just wanted to check in and just let the universe know I’m finally going to get to do my Second round of HCG c:

My first round did go reeally well but I still was not at my goal.
I’m hoping to actually blog a lot more about what I’ve gone through with hcg, my eating and my past eating disorder(Oh boy) I might even vlog, not sure yet.

So if you have ANY questions just let me know, about anything health related non-health related.

Sooo excited to recieve all my goodies to arrive in the mail to start my second round ~

Kirra’s Guide to Avoiding the Binge
Okay so we’ve all has that feeling where we want to go to the cupboard and eat everything. Yeah, not even going to lie, one time I ran out of food and started eating ice cream sprinkles, we’ve all been there, and here’s how I got past it.
One: Make your wallpaper on your phone and computer your fitspo, whether it’s a celebrity, friend, or you at a lower weight. When you want to binge think “do I want that body that will give me constant happiness and fulfillent, or this food that will only make me happy for the time that it’s in my mouth and leave me feeling bloated and guilty?”
Two: Distract yourself. Make a list of things to do instead of binging. Things you can’t really do and binge at the same time, so no watching TV or movies. Some of mine are showering, trying new makeup or hairstyles from YouTube tutorials, painting my nails, ect.
Three: Get out of the house and don’t bring money with you. You can’t eat the food if it’s not there and you can’t buy it. Some of my favourite places to do this are the mall, the forest (walking around in the woods is so peaceful and gorgeous), and bookstores like Barnes & Noble.
Four: Go for a run, walk, hike, bike ride, ect. Literally just to cardio outside. Working out actually helps diminish hunger and makes you feel healthier. When I get done with a run, I feel healthy and I don’t want to ruin that feeling. Make sure you’re outside so you can’t give up and then go to the refrigerator and eat those leftovers!
Try one, two, three or all of these tips and I promise you you’ll avoid that binge! Please don’t use this as tips to starve yourself. Starving yourself only leads to a slowed metabolism and future weight gain! Happy healthy eating! x

Last Injection day ~

Today I decided would be my last injection day.
I didn’t get to where I wanted to be exactly but pretty damn close, so I’m happy c:
Once I stabalize I’m going to start my heavy-duty work outs again to get Exactly what I want. 
I was thinking of buying Usana 5-day reset to just shed those last couple of pounds if I’m still not satisfied. I have tons of faith though :3
I’ll be posting my measurements later on this week.
I hope whoever is on this journey as well does it correctly to keep it off forever and for the right reasons. Hcg releases fat and reshapes your body so once all your fat is gone from your abnormal fat reserves it wont do much. Well eough of that, just remember to be patient and stay on protocol. Be safe

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted and let me tell ya’ , stalls or plateaus are the worst, I just REALLY want to reach my goal and be done. I hope these next few ponds just melt off quickly. That would be so nice. wish me luck.

Day 14

So, I wish I had not hit the plateau but I guess it happens to everyone at some point, I’m just glad I got through it and I’m on track again c:
